Place was good standard and wonderful, really enjoyed the stay.
Its location at a medium distance from a medieval castle was marvellous and fab. The service was excellent with a hassle-free check-in. Actually everything was good, my next choice again in London...

The hotel was an amazing base for enjoying a very quite area, not far from the Millennium Bridge and Tate Modern, attractions and tube stations and a market that sold lots of different types of food from around the world. The location was marvellous and stunning for our trip. Also, we visited an Anglican cathedral, located at a moderate distance from the property, was an unplanned pleasure.

Location is perfect for London south bank which is the area of London that we are interested in. Tate modern, national theatre and borough market are all in spitting distance.Like that the room has fridge, hob and oven and bathroom is high quality
Room was small and the bed very close to the wall. No room to get in and out of bed comfortably. Staff seemed to not really be doing a lot except sitting listening to music and smoking cigarettes outside. Disappointed that the rooms were not serviced

The native bankside aparthotel has an unbeatable location right by the thames, just steps away from shakespeare's globe. It's super close to borough market too, a foodie paradise. I was impressed with the friendly staff who really made an effort to be accommodating on our arrival.
the wood floor could have been cleaner, as it was sticky in places.

It was a quiet hotel, good base for a long term in London. The beds were comfy and the classic queen room itself was spotless and luxury. The location was incredible - ease of access to a modern art gallery. Furthermore, the area was nice enough.

The appliances in the room boast great digital features. Location-wise, it's near the buzzing heart of the city.
Lighting in the room suffers due to lattice privacy panels blocking natural daylight. The shower design leaves much to be desired, as it has no door, resulting in a flooded bathroom every time you rinse off. The oversized bed takes up precious space. On the practical side, the lack of operating manuals for the digital gadgets can lead to confusion, requiring trial and error to figure things out.

excellent access to major landmarks and riverside views
I loved how close I was to the Tate Modern, just a short stroll of about five minutes away, and enjoyed relaxing walks along the Thames with beautiful park views nearby. As a single traveler, I safety was good here and the room was fantastic, providing all the essentials I needed for a comfortable weekend getaway. The breakfast selection was a bit disappointing with limited options to choose from, but overall the experience was enjoyable.

The premium one bedroom was well-appointed, and i loved that it was close to where my family members were staying. The front desk staff tried their best to assist us despite being short-staffed, and it showed how dedicated they were. Many guests appreciated the cozy feel of the place too.

The apartment was perfect for our group, clean and modern. The communal kitchen was a nice touch with breakfast goodies. Definitely looking forward to coming back!
We were allocated a disabled access room initially, odd since a regular one was available. Thankfully, we got moved to a standard room after mentioning it.
